Cymbalta (duloxetine) 40 mg 2 months			Depression	Diarrhea	Was upped to 40 mg Cymbalta and have had diarrhea daily for 2 months. 3 blood tests were neg for bacterial or viral infection. Cymbalta (duloxetine) 60 mg 3 years			Lack of energy/fatigue Depression	Low white blood cell count Enlarged lymph glands Lethargy	After having taken Cymbalta for a few years, I have swollen nodes ( one axillary (left), 1 supraclavicular (left), and 1 mandibular (right) that have lasted at least a few months with no other symptoms. I am being evaluated for this and mild leukopenia. Mammogram showed no changes in breast to indicate breast cancer. I have not had even a cold or any evidence of viral or bacterial infections in more than a year so no sign of reduced immunity.	57	Female	08/29

Cymbalta (duloxetine) 30 9 weeks			Aches and pains	Diarrhea Diarrhea	I have lost 12 lbs. and I am so weak that I am not able to work. (I am a teacher.) Yesterday I had blood work, EKG, ct scan, and a chest x-ray. I do not have resulte back yet. Have a long history of good blood pressure; now blood pressure is high accompanied with racing pulse. 	Comments(1): 09/24 01:22 Adderall is known to cause muscle tension and rigidity, and may be making your condition worse. Does your doctor know you are taking both Vicodin and Oxy-Contin? If so, I might consider a different doctor. Both of those narcotics are generally not very effective for muscle inflammation or even muscle pain. Use for a prolonged period often actually CAUSES pain and soreness. I personally experienced that. Ask your doctor about a muscle relaxant like cyclobenzaprine (Flexeril) or if that makes you too drowsy, something like Skelaxin or Robaxin. Please note contraindication between cyclobenzaprine and Adderall.
