Wellbutrin (buPROPion) 300 XL 3 years
Depression
I have had 3 episodes of amnesia. The first was while I was driving! It lasted 20 minutes. I knew what town I was in but didn't know where I was. The second time amnesia lasted 7 1/2 hours. I knew my name but didn't know where I was or where I lived. I ended up in the hospital. The third time I at my doctor's office, got upset and went into amnesia for 3 hours. These episodes are frightening! Each time I had an episode I lost time prior to the episode start. I lost a whole week of memory. I didn't realize that Wellbutrin can cause amnesia until tonight. I will wean myself off ASAP. Has anyone else experienced amnesia?

I just started the gabapentin a few days ago. I'm pretty impressed so far after just a few days. I can feel some relief from the pain. It gives me a "high", "wired" feeling but it doesn't bother me enough to stop taking it. I have tried soooooo many different types of drugs trying to find relief. My fingers are crossed so far so good. 41 Female 2009-10-22 02:30:45.0

I was taking Effexor XR 150 mg 1 x day for a few years and it works wonderful for anxiety/panic attacks, but a bad side effect of effexor is weight gain. I have gained 40 lbs since i was taking Effexor XR so my doctor switched me to Wellbutrin SR 200 mg 1 x day. I was okay for a while on this med while weaning off the Effexor but once the Effexor was completely out of my system and I am now just taking Wellbutrin SR 200 mg I have severe side effects its awful. I do not recommend this drug for anxiety/panic attacks. I am stopping this medication now 31 Female 2009-09-05 18:33:53.78

do wellbutrin xl cause your white blood cells to be low? R

Wellbutrin (buPROPion)
Depression/mood changes
When I urinate it's a little harder to start voiding, and I have to "restart" the process several times to empty completely. And then more often than not I get drips when I stand up after. Urination is increased in general. There is discomfort when it gets at all full, and kind of a crampy feeling as though I had a bladder infection, between voids and also while voiding. A good proportion of the time unless I have just finished urinating, I have a general feeling of heaviness, discomfort, and fullness in the low pelvic area. Also, my dreams are more vivid, sometimes nightmare-level, and when I get up in the middle of the night I have the strange feeling that I'm not really awake, I'm asleep still in bed, and I feel disoriented. It's almost like sleepwalking, even after I've ascertained that I am in fact awake. However, I'm happier with this antidepressant than I've been with any I've ever tried and I've tried at least 10. It doesn't dope me up during the day, I've broken my cycle of comfort-eating/binging and sugar cravings, and it doesn't impact my sex life. My general mood is better, though I still have days where I can't get off the couch. I experience actual joy more than I did before. 58 Female 2009-08-04 23:22:38.75
