My platelet count has drastically decreased though other parameters are normal.Is due to this medicine? I feel very week in the morning. Reglan (metoclopramide) 10mg 6 years			Gastroparesis (partial paralysis of the muscles lining the interior of the stomach - can cause poor digestion; nausea/vomiting; abnormal blood suger levels)	Autonomic neuropathy Scarring and shrinking of the bladder	I have taken Reglan for 6+ years, from June, 2002 through early 2007. I took it for gastricparesis. I have difficulties as follows: I have a foley catheter in place due to complete incontinence. The urologist diagnosed that the nerves to my bladder are damaged and my bladder is shrunken and will not function. Urine exits as it enters. I've had this condition for several years and it has worsened over time. I also have a near-constant twitching in my left hand (some slight in the right hand, too, but less severe). This twitching comes and goes and is incoluntary. My fingers seem to move up and down and look like I am 'air-typing' or playing an 'air piano'. I dont know I'm doing it, until someone points it out to me. I stop it, but eventually it starts again. I am having a problem gripping and holding items with my left hand as well. I also have a problem with my lips and tongue. My son calls it "propellar mouth." He says I open my mouth slightly and my tongue circles around it, almost like I am 'wetting' my mouth, but, again, it's involuntary. I also tend to make a smacking noise when I do this also. The hand and mouth problem have existed for several years and the bladder control problem has been around for several years with complete loss of control for over a year.	73	Female	11/02

omeprazole 20 mg twice dail			Reflux esophagitis (GERD - a condition in which acid backup of the stomach contents causes inflammation of the esophagus/tube-like structure that connects the mouth and stomach - may cause heartburn; chest pain/burning; indigestion; trouble swallowing; pain with swallowing; etc)	Shortness of breath Numbness/tingling in hands/feet	Started with shortness of breath, chest pain and extreme exercise intolerance, muscle weakness, left arm tingling then pain, with tingling eventually speading to other limbs at times. Am doing better but now getting tongue tip and side tingles as well. Also lot of headaches acompanied by sore spots on head. I have lately been getting severe esophageal spasms as well. I still get reflux but it is usually notably non-acidic in nature.	49	Female	09/07

omeprazole 20mg 16 days			Burping/belching/gassiness Throat pain	Weight gain Plantar fasciitis	I have put weight gain, because I have been following a WW diet and successfully losing weight every week this year until the last 2 weeks where I have stayed the same - I think it must be the drug. Heel pain has been very uncomfortable at night and stopped me exercising for a whole week, I forgot to take the tablets for a couple of days and my foot is now almost back to normal. I have also had a weird throat for the last couple of days, a bit sore and puffy feeling. I am stopped the tablets - will research an alternative. I forgot to take the perscription on a three day trip, and the dizziness I've been experiencing is frightening! As I began to think of other symtoms I've developed since taking this drug, I realized my foot pain started around 20 days after! It is a pain in the arch/heel and it is excruciating! I also noticed heart palpatations about 20 days into the dosage also. I am stopping this drug, and going back to TUMS!!!	49	Female	07/21

I have pain from my neck to the bottom of my feet.Some days I can bearly walk,I have also gained about 90 lbs.I hurt almost every day.
